OVERVIEW

The Upcycled Locker aims to reach all our fans, both locally and abroad.

In Australia, we prefer using Australia Post as our delivery partner, for the rest of the world we prefer using DHL however from time to time, we may use an alternate delivery partner in the event of potential delays during peak shipping periods.

All orders placed on our website are tracked with details shared with you once they have been received by the carrier.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Upon shopping with the Upcycled Locker you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Note this email is proof of your purchase.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email; this may be longer if we are running a sale or promotion.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone calls from our Customer Care team.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive another notification from our carrier with details on how to track your delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at the checkout. Shipping times vary according to the carrier used and do not include order processing time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once we’ve shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from the carrier used which will include a tracking number and a link to their site which you can use to check its status.

The tracking information is typically available upon receiving confirmation from the carrier however during peak periods we ask that you allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the timelines outlined above, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@upcycledlocker.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Please note that shipping can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

IMPORTANT

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If your order arrives damaged or varies from the product description and photos provided on our site, please email us at hello@upcycledlocker.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
